Question: Which shoes are better? nike shox turbo or nike air max + 2009 for men?

Nike Shox Turbo better for your knees and ankles. Nike Air Max better feel on the lift off. If you're looking for maximum height and hang time then the Max of course, but if you need to keep your ankles and knees in great health then the Shox.
